KYMAJ Credit Repair Services – Terms & Conditions

By submitting this form, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions for credit repair services provided by KYMAJ:

1. Authorization
You authorize KYMAJ to act on your behalf in disputing any inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable information with the credit bureaus and creditors as needed.

2. Service Fees & Payment Plan

The total cost of credit repair services is $850.00.
A payment plan is available, with a minimum initial payment of $150.00 required to begin services.
After the initial $150.00 payment, the remaining balance of $700.00 will be divided into four (4) equal monthly payments of $175.00 each.
The next payment is due one month from your start date, and each following payment will be due on that same date of each month until the balance is paid in full.
Services must remain in good standing; late or missed payments may result in suspension of services.

3. Results Disclaimer
Credit repair results vary per individual. KYMAJ does not guarantee specific outcomes, deletions, or credit score increases.
Based on your credit profile, we may contact you with optional add-on services or recommendations designed to further support and improve your credit.

4. Refund Policy
All payments are final. No refunds will be issued once services have begun or have been rendered.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide all requested documentation in a timely manner.
You must maintain active IdentityIQ access throughout the repair process.
Failure to maintain your credit monitoring may cause delays or suspension of services.

6. Service Timeline
Credit repair typically takes 3–6 months, depending on your credit profile, responsiveness, and participation in the process.

7. Communication & Updates

You will receive monthly progress updates by email.
You are encouraged to log into your credit monitoring account for real-time progress.
Please refrain from frequent update requests unless necessary.
A KYMAJ representative will reach out if additional information or action is required.
